• Notarial audits, survey of corporate documentation in order to corroborate that the company is complying with all current legal provisions, with regard to changes in directories and their corresponding communications to the Registry of Commerce, BPS and DGI, shareholder communication to the Central Bank of Uruguay, among others.
• Certifications and powers in general for presentation in public and private offices.
• Assignments of credits, pledges and mortgages, between individuals and with banking entities.
• Deeds related to property assets: purchase and sale of vehicles, transfer of real estate and inheritance.
