Commercial Companies must hold at least one annual meeting called by the administrative body to consider the approval of the Company’s balance sheet, the management of the administrative body, among other legally mandated matters.

We prepare all the necessary documents for the annual meetings of the company’s Board of Directors, the preparation of minutes for the annual approval of the financial statements, for the annual distribution of profits, and for any ordinary or extraordinary meeting.

We register and transcribe the minutes in the corresponding corporate books, we safeguard them, we maintain the deposit and custody of share titles and the issuance of Deposit Certificates if applicable, among others.
